ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH POLICY
It is the policy of Hardrich Engineering Services Company Limited to ensure that safety, health and environmental requirements are well planned and executed within the Hardrich organisation and form an integral part of TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT
The primary objective of any work is to produce a design in which all hazards have been identified, assessed, quantified and then mitigated and eliminated as far as possible. To facilitate this objective, a number of documented safety systems are in place and followed up across each project phase to demonstrate acceptable health and safety performance and delivery.
Hardrich Engineering Services Company Limited is dedicated to making its operations compatible with the protection of the environment. Increasingly this is becoming an area of statutory concern.
QUALITY POLICY
We are committed to providing our customers with consistent product and service quality to meet their requirements. We will achieve this:-
- By maintaining regular contact with our customers to ascertain their needs.
- By maintaining strict control of the quality of materials and workmanship.
- By providing technical support and product design services.
- By expanding our geographical areas of operation.
- By maintaining appropriate agency and service agreements with principals.
We will control our activities through the application and maintenance of a Quality System as we focus to attain and complying with the requirements of ZABS, SABS and ISO 9001:2000 and all employees are required to subscribe to this policy and work in accordance with System procedures.
Management is committed to the continual improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality System and will regularly review this policy to ensure its suitability.
