- Hardrich Engineering Services Company Ltd as it is called today begun in 2011
- The Directors / Shareholders of the company are Richard Mwenya and Florence Mwenya The company is purely Zambian.
- The company was first registered as Hardrich Enterprise before incorporating it to Hardrich Enterprise Limited in 2011. Due to the nature of business the company reorganized itself into an engineering firm and there was a requirement to change name into HARDRICH ENGINEERING SERVICES COMPANY LIMITED (HESCO)
